I realize we’re a few days late to the story, but earlier this week a Wisconsin man plead guilty to a public lewdness charge from 2012, two months after being found competent to stand trial.

Gerard Streator, 47, was sentenced to five months in jail (stayed), and placed on a year’s probation, in addition to having pay court costs and was directed to “maintain absolute sobriety,” and barred from possessing “pornography of any kind.”

Streator was arrested after a September 3, 2012 incident when an off-duty police officer came across him lying face down on an abandoned couch, thrusting his hips. When the officer moved closer to see if anyone else was involved, and confronted Streator, the man jumped up and ran, at which point the officer saw his junk out in full effect.

Streator then took off running, was followed by the officer, observed returning to his apartment. The officer was unable to apprehend him that evening, but followed up the next day.
